How to Use Omni

(Answers to All Your Questions)

Hey Omni User 👋,

The warmup is essential for a higher deliverability rate.

Here are some best practices to follow for a warm-up process:

  1. Use Established Domains and Email Accounts: It is recommended to use domains and email accounts that have been active for at least four months. This helps establish credibility and reduces the risk of being flagged as suspicious or spammy.
  2. Update Backend Records: Ensure that all necessary backend records are properly configured and up to date. This helps improve email deliverability and authenticity.
  3. Proper Account Setup: Make sure your email account is set up correctly, including accurate sender information, reply-to addresses, and email signatures. Double-check all settings to avoid any configuration errors that could negatively impact warm-up efforts.
  4. Gradual Warm-Up Process: It is advisable to gradually increase the volume of outgoing emails during the warm-up period. This can be done by starting with a lower number of emails per day and gradually increasing the volume over time. A common progression is 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, and so on, up to a maximum limit defined by the system or your email service provider. (This is automatically done by the system for you)
  5. Monitor Reply Rate: Keep an eye on the reply rate during the warm-up process. It's recommended to avoid exceeding a reply rate of 60% or dropping below 20%. Excessive replies may indicate spam or abuse, while a very low reply rate could affect the effectiveness of your outreach. (This is automatically done by the system for you)
  6. Choose Diverse Domains for Warm-Up: Consider using a warm-up service like OmniWarm that utilizes diverse domains for warming up your email accounts. This helps distribute the warm-up process across multiple domains, reducing the risk of domain reputation issues.
  7. Connect Email using Google or SMTP: Depending on your specific needs, connecting your email accounts using Google or SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) can provide reliable and secure options for sending and managing your warm-up emails.

Happy campaigning!
