OmniChannel supplies DMPs with data so that the DMP can generate audience segments, which are used by advertisers to target specific types of users in online advertising campaigns.

OmniChannel uses 3rd party CRM to store all data which have their own security features to safeguard the data and are not controlled by OmniChannel.
