Hey Omni User 👋, Do you know in case your outreach replies are not automatically tracked you can manually sync them?

To do so, log into and go to the OmniBox page.

On the top right-hand side, you will see a button, Sync Emails. By clicking on the button if there are any replies to an outreach email that has not been tracked yet will be synced and displayed on the screen.

After you have manually synced your replies, a timestamp will be updated here showing when was the last time replies were synced manually.

Please note: Manual sync will take time, when the sync is going on a loader will be spinning. During this time you can switch between screens without any issues.
