OmniWarm is an automated service that handles the warm-up process for your email account. Once you connect your email account to OmniWarm, you do not need to intervene manually.
When your account is newly connected, OmniWarm gradually increases the warm-up process by sending a specific number of emails per day. Typically, this progression follows the pattern of 2, 4, 6, 8... up to a maximum limit set by the system, which is usually 40 warm-up emails per day.
The reply rate during warm-up is expected to be around 60%, which is within a normal range.
If your emails are being marked as spam, OmniWarm automatically adjusts the warm-up efforts by increasing the reply rate and the number of warm-up emails sent per day. In such cases, the warm-up process may escalate to sending up to 100 emails per day.
If you reconnect an old email account that was previously connected to OmniWarm and paused, the warm-up process will resume from where it was left off. This allows you to seamlessly continue the warm-up progress without starting from scratch.
