To access the Dashboard: Click on the "Dashboard" option from the navigation bar.
Overview of Metrics: On the Dashboard, you will find several numbers and a graph indicating the performance of your campaigns, provided you have already run some. Let's break down each element:
Email Metrics: The dashboard tracks four metrics for email campaigns:
Sent: The number of email messages sent from the chosen channel.
Opened: The number of leads who have opened the email messages.
Replied: The number of leads who have replied to the email messages.
Bounced: The number of email messages that failed to be delivered (bounced).
SMS Metrics: The dashboard tracks two metrics for SMS campaigns: a. Sent: The number of SMS messages sent from the chosen channel. b. Bounced: The number of SMS messages that failed to be delivered (bounced).
Graphical Representation: The data is visually represented using colors:
Blue: Represents the "Sent" metric.
Green: Represents the "Opened" metric.
Yellow: Represents the "Bounced" metric.
Red: Represents the "Replied" metric.
Filtering Options: At the top of the Dashboard, you can choose specific campaign(s), channel type(s), and date filters to view the relevant data for analysis.
Campaign Analytics: As you scroll down, you will find "Campaign Analytics" which provides detailed data for each campaign, including its status. If a campaign is paused, you will also see the option to resume it from the Dashboard.
